Young Talent Award 2022
Award Ceremony for the Young Talent Award of the Association of Friends and Alumni of the Institute of Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics of RWTH Aachen University e.V.
The Institute of Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics is pleased to announce that our students Ms. Agnesa Reçica and Mr. Nikolas Schierhorst have been awarded the Young Talent Award of the Association of Friends and Alumni of the Institute of Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics of RWTH Aachen University e.V. for each of their outstanding Bachelor's and Master's thesis. The award ceremony was held by the 1st chairman of the association and IAW alumnus Dr. Christian Foltz.
Ms. Agnesa Reçica dealt with the topic of criteria-based analysis of the effects of artificial intelligence on employees in manufacturing companies as part of her Bachelor's thesis. Mr. Nikolas Schierhorst dedicated his master's thesis to the investigation of two pupillometric measures as indicators of cognitive strain.
