Work in the Age of Digitalization: Knowledge Work With Pandemic and AI

On March 8, Professor Verena Nitsch, Institute Director of IAW, spoke about “Wissensarbeit 4.0” (Knowledge Work 4.0) in the course of the ZKI Spring Conference 2021. Central questions of the lecture were what impact digital technologies have on people and how they change work. In addition, how these technologies can be used to support companies in promoting the productivity, satisfaction and also the health of their employees was equally important.
