The IAW, as part of the research project Tech4Age and in collaboration with the projects "SozioTex" (Institut für Textiltechnik , RWTH-Aachen) and "MTI-engAge" (TU Berlin) under the coordination of BEST (Board of European Students of Technology), held a 14-day international summer school from June 11 to 22, 2018 with 22 participants from every European country. Under the title "RoBros: Man's Next BEST Friend" students learned about backgrounds and methods for human-robot collaboration in lectures, applications and group work. In a concluding seminar the participants developed their own project ideas for human-robot collaboration and were able to apply what they had learned right away. All participants were very committed to the project and had a lot of fun in addition to the technical input.
