IAW Leadership Team is Awarded “Famos for Family” Award

Exemplary Compatibility of Work and Family
This year, the leadership team of the Institute of Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics will be honored with the “Famos for Family” Award 2023. Since 2008, RWTH Aachen University has been honoring supervisors with this award who have rendered outstanding services to the compatibility of family, care and work.
In their laudatory speech, the jury emphasized that the IAW's support for its employees was excellent. Home office and free time management for employees are just two examples. This was particularly evident in the comments from parents at the Institute, which were quoted.
