In our projects, we work closely with companies from industry and other research institutions in order to jointly solve questions of humane work system design. We attach great importance to a high degree of practical relevance, so that our research results can be efficiently transferred into company practice.
Teaching plays a central role alongside research, which is also reflected in our broad range of courses. Our courses include both German- and English-language modules that prepare and convey topics in the field of Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics in a way that is specific to the target group.
