Both research and teaching play a major role at the IAW – Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft (Institute of Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics), which is also reflected in our broad range of courses. We offer courses in the fields of Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics, Balanced Human Systems Integration as well as various topics regarding the field of Technical Vocational Education and Training.

Our lectures are aimed at students of mechanical engineering, business administration and engineering, automotive engineering, psychology, vocational school teaching, as well as of interdisciplinary courses, humanities, but also of other degree programs.
