Development, Implementation, and Evaluation of Working Time Models
There is great potential in the design of flexible, demographically robust working time models, both for the competitiveness of companies and for the health, satisfaction and work-life balance of their employees. The development and implementation of a working time model is very demanding due to the numerous design parameters, the large variety of models and the sometimes competing objectives of the parties involved. The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and the New Quality of Work Initiative provide the necessary knowledge on the Internet as well as helpful tools and examples of good practice, some of which we have actively helped to create. We support companies in applying the available methods and tools and in developing, introducing and evaluating new, balanced and accepted working time models.
