Platform Work. Risk or Opportunity for the Future Working World?

At the end of the INDIZ project (January 1, 2019 to February 28, 2021), the IAW presents a video with the most important working results. The project aimed to empirically identify, prioritize, and clearly elaborate the ethical, legal, and social implications (ELSI) – which should also explicitly include the occupational science and sociological aspects – of digital platform systems and to derive recommendations concerning the design to compensate undesirable impacts.
